It has been almost 2 yeard here at FineArtAmerica / Pixels so i think it's time to rethink a little...

2 Years ago i made the step of be-ing a photographer in the dark to one that tries to escape the dark.

a lot has changed for me, personally and my surroundings.

i admit to start out as a self thought photographer, learning it from my dad and getting to know more just by do-ing it...
but i found that i needed more schooling (i may say some things wrong as english is not my primal language)
so i took lessons and learned a lot..

Last year i took a big step into investing into new gear.... That was costly, but i rather spend it now...
Life is to short... i found out the hard way, loosing some close same aged friends...

The investment also opended new doors for me...

Here in The Netherlands i have a steaddy sale flow wich keep me into the green...
The American market is another thing, but you can't have it all...
For a foreigner it's hard to get into the promotion overseas and way's are limited.
i still dream of having an exibit in LA and or New York with my stunning Dutch beaches....

i have a dream.... an cherrish it!

Thanks to all my fineart followers and commentators...
I will continue to display my works here.... there is a lot in my head that needs to be digitalized...

Today i saw one of my pictures won a contest...

so proud...

the feeling was almost the same as at the time i took the picture.... amazed!

sometimes you know that when you press the button that you are capturing a wonderfull moment...

I just got the mail that it has happened.....

somebody bought one of my works!!

just over a week ago i got a facebook message....

i should check out this American arts site... just in my alley it said...

now a week into serious posting ans sharing my work i felt blessed to get this message.
